Astral Aerial Solutions provided aerial data collection of locust infestation in regions of Kenya. The project was funded and supervised by Mercy Corps AgriFin. The data collected was used to understand the movements of locusts as well as understanding the extent of the damage. The imagery was collected as per international with further analysis, interpretation and recommendations on their reports. the Astral Aerial team conducted themselves professionally and all deliverables were provided on time and on budget. Astral Aerial Solutions has worked with Del Monte LTD Kenya in developing our in-house drone operation capability. They provided RP AS Pilot License training to five of our staff members, supported Del Monte Kenya Ltd. in the procurement and importation of our in-house mapping and aerial surveillance drone.
